Prof. B. K. Sakhale honoured with Dr. J. S. Pruthi Award 2022 of Association of Food Scientist and Technologist (India) - AFSTI, Mysuru by auspicious hands of Dr. S. Somnath, Chairman ISRO in presence of Dr. (Mrs.) Pramoda Devi Wadiyar of the erstwhile Mysuru royal family, CSIR-CFTRI Director Dr. Sridevi Annapurna Singh, DRDO-DFRL Director Dr. Anil Dutt Semwal, CSIR-IITR Director Dr. N. Bhaskar, and Dr. Suresh Sakhare, Organizing Secretary, 9th IFCON, and other dignitaries in appreciation of the outstanding contribution in the field of Fruits & Vegetables Technology during 9th International Food Convention (IFCON), 2023 on 7th December, 2023 held at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru.
