Foreign Students Cell: -
The foreign students Cell was established in 1995 and the number of students then was high and kept increasing each year. The foreign students unfortunately confronted several problems at all levels and needed to consult authorities for counseling and guiding them. They also needed somebody to guide them and facilitate formalities like passport and Visa especially Visa validity. The Cell was also necessary for continuous communication with the embassies and consulates and ensure every assistance from the institution. The strength of foreign students kept increasing each year. It was from the year 2000 that the number of students increased from strength to strength - in 2000 (150), 2011 (850). The highest numbers of students admitted arrive from different countries that include IRAQ, Yemen, Kenya, Afghanistan, Chad, Thailand, Bhutan and Somalia. They are registered in B.A., B.Sc., Post-graduate courses and Ph.D. in affiliated colleges and the University.
