There will be separate charges for the utilization of synthesis and characterization facility (service Charges) as per below.
- Atomic Force Microscope: Rs. 1200/- per sample
- XRD: Rs. 800/- per sample
- FTIR spectroscopy: Rs. 200/- per sample
- UV-Vis spectroscopy: Rs. 200/- per sample
- Photolithography: Rs 2500/- per wafer
- Electrochemical synthesis/ characterization: Rs. 150/- per sample (prepared samples)
- Thin film deposition by e-beam evaporation : Rs 1500/- ( for 15 minutes run apart from preparation time; without materials )
- Thin film deposition by thermal evaporation : Rs 1000/- ( for 15 minutes run apart from preparation time; without materials )
- Semiconductor Characterization ( I / V + FET) : Rs 100/- per sample
- Wire bonder : Rs. 500/- ( per 10 bonds)
- Spin Coating : Rs 50/- ( per sample)
