9. Centralized Store Management System

  • Centralized Store management System deals with single, central or team control. Basic purpose is monitaring inventory decisions, such as stock levels, orders, and distribution, across all branches or locations of a University.

  • Centralized view of all items in University at a glance is possible through Admin Dashboard it covers listing and stock positions of various items such as stationary,chemicals,glassware,furniture,plumbing, electrical etc.Vendor ,budget,location  master list  for Entire University is available at a glance. It also spans over stores at Subcampus Dharashiv.
  • Individual Store Keepers has their dashboard considering their department/section stock positions they can manage their various daily transactions such as requirement(indent),Item Issue ,purchase order,bills ,vendor item delivery .
  • Main core part of inventory is stock register for each item is generated item wise also at year end as a whole. The budget reports related to bills, Provision watch register are also availed. Daily reports for requirement (indent), issue for various sections, purchase orders, bills, and delivery challan are generated.

  • Developing a Staff Approval Software (SAS) which will helpful for affiliated colleges in raising a request for the selection committee and for their approval’s for the post of :Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, I/C Principal, Principal on CHB/permanent posts as well as for the post of college Librarian & college Directors of Physical Education & sports (Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors of Physical Education and Sports, Director, Knowledge Resource Center, Deputy Librarians, and Assistant librarians.)
  • SAS will be helpful to the academic section to process on received request as auto-selection committee note and approval notes will be generated and facilities to provide input if any from Dealing person to Deputy Registrar.
  • Hon’ble Pro-VC and Hon’ble VC sir will be able to choose a subject expert from the list of expert’s poll and approve the note.

 

 

15.Leave Management

  • Leave Management System (LMS) is a web-based application designed and developed for the establishment section.
  • Users would be able to apply for leave online as per leaves available to them and can track the leave record as well as the status of leave applied for.
  • Approval authority may allow or deny leave online and will have the track of employees on leave on their dashboard.

  • Registration System for Students from 24 Universities-Developed a comprehensive module for university student registration tailored to different events.
  • Included a staff registration module incorporating arrival and departure schedules of the teams.
  • Offered pre-filled annexures to universities after data entry along with student photographs.
  • Generated various reports accessible within the university logins such as event-wise student lists, comprehensive student lists, and gender-wise lists.
  • Student Development Section Provided login access to track the total number of students from each university.
  • Developed reports including university-wise student lists, gender-wise lists, and event-wise student lists with accompanying photographs.
  • Integrated an accommodation entry module to streamline accommodation arrangements.

  • Empowered students with access to their authentic educational digital certificates, including mark sheets and university degree certificates, through their login to DigiLocker.
