Commit to the core values constituted for the Centre.Obtain harmony on a project that defines the Centre’s involvement with the stake holders (students, faculties, individual and entrepreneurs) and develop a strategic plan containing convincing objectives to achieve the program mission.Structure for financial sustainability by developing and implementing a realistic short term and long term business plan to ensure perennial sources of funding.Recruit and appropriately compensate human resource capable of achieving the mission of the Centre and having the ability to help in overall growth of budding ideas, trainees and young entrepreneurs.Create an effective Board of Directors committed to the Centre's mission and to maximizing management's role in sustainable development.

Maharashtra State Innovation Society

Maharashtra State Innovation Society (MSInS) is established under Departments of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Maharashtra with an aim to foster innovative approaches and solutions to contribute towards minimization of the economic divides in the State. Society has been registered under Society Registration Act, 1860 On 18th August 2017. The society would act as nodal agency to boost innovation driven performance and efficiency in every sector. The main objective of the Society is to provide Innovation Promotion Platform to academics, entrepreneurs, researchers and Government drawing upon national and international experiences to foster a culture of innovation in the State.

Atal Incubation Centre

AIM intends to support the establishment of new incubation centres called Atal Incubation Centres (AICs) that would nurture innovative start-up businesses in their pursuit to become scalable and sustainable enterprises. The AICs would create world class incubation facilities across various parts of India with suitable physical infrastructure in terms of capital equipment and operating facilities, coupled with the availability of sectoral experts for mentoring the start-ups, business planning support, access to seed capital, industry partners, trainings and other relevant components required for encouraging innovative start-ups. Moreover, AICs would be established in subject specific areas such as manufacturing, transport, energy, health, education, agriculture, water and sanitation etc.
